As the post-completion inspection regime for fire safety takes effect, compliance responsibility shifts progressively to project owners. VIETSAFE E&C has developed a comprehensive consulting workflow to support project owners in completing self-certification in a structured and defensible manner โ from design review and acceptance dossier preparation to documentation for regulatory inspection. Our goal is to help owners manage their technical and legal obligations and minimise risks in the post-inspection environment.

Comprehensive update of all consulting workflows per Law 55/2024 and Decree 105/2025
VIETSAFE E&C has comprehensively updated its consulting, design, and dossier preparation workflows in line with Fire Safety Law 55/2024/QH15 and Decree 105/2025/Nฤ-CP. As fire safety procedures shift toward a post-completion audit regime, our engineers are ready to assist project owners in building compliant dossiers, preparing documentation for regulatory submission, and applying relevant international standards.

NFPA International Membership maintained
VIETSAFE E&C continues to hold active membership with the National Fire Protection Association (NFPA โ USA). This membership is the foundation for our team to access the latest NFPA codes, participate in the international fire safety technical community, and apply NFPA 13, 72, 92, 101, 855, and 5000 to design practice in Vietnam at the highest standard.

VIETSAFE E&C formally incorporated โ a dedicated fire safety engineering entity
VIETSAFE E&C JSC was formally established as an independent entity, inheriting the full design engineering team, all project methodologies, and the complete project portfolio from the Consulting & Design division of VIETSAFE JSC (founded 2008). VIETSAFE E&C focuses exclusively on fire safety consulting and design, performance-based design (PBD), fire and smoke simulation, and evacuation modelling for complex and special-category projects in Vietnam.
